I Bought this OXO Coffee Maker in 1916, and have used it almost every day to make excellent coffee. I religiously clean it out using Citric acid to remove calcium buildups whenever the machine say it is cleaning time.

But a week ago, the 2–4 cup setting disappeared, and I discovered that the 5–9 cup setting makes weak 4 cups of coffee.

Today, after the Easter Holiday, I called OXO and the phone was picked up by a vivacious lady who said she would send me a new machine if I cut the power cord and sent her a picture. I did, and a new one was shipped to me an hour later.

This is what I call great service from a great company!
